The Potosi Elks Lodge #2218 has set Sunday, November 2nd, 2025 as the day for the local Hoop Shoot competition.

The Shoot will begin at 2 pm at the John Evans Middle School gym in Potosi

Age groups for the shooters are 8 – 9 year olds: 10 – 11 year olds: 12 -13 year olds.

Sign ups will be done at the event, no pre-registration is required. Winning shooters get the opportunity to advance to the District Hoop Shoot that is scheduled in January.

All ages are based in dates as of April 1st, 2026
